About Lumen Agent Platform

A product spun out of the Elite AI Empire — battle-tested internally, then shipped externally.

Why we exist

I want LangChain but production-ready, with connectors and observability. The existing solutions price for the wrong assumptions, lock you into proprietary formats, or just don't ship the integration you need.

We built Lumen Agent Platform for ourselves first — to run inside our own 49 customer apps. Once it was stable across that footprint, the only step left was wrapping it in a public pricing page.

Team

A small team (founder + Claude). We're lean by design. The advantage: every customer talks to someone who can change the product. The trade-off: we don't have a 24/7 customer success org. We do respond within 1 business day, and we're transparent about what's on the roadmap.

These Terms govern your use of Lumen Agent Platform, a product of Elite AI Empire operated by Elite Agentic Solutions LLC. By using the service you agree to them.

1. Service

Lumen Agent Platform provides the product and/or API described on this site. Free tiers may be informational or rate-limited; paid tiers are governed by the plan you purchase.

2. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the service, for any content or data you submit, and for compliance with applicable law. You must not misuse the service, attempt to breach security, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Plans, Payments & Refunds

Paid plans are billed via Stripe at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled; you may cancel anytime and access continues through the paid period. Refund questions: [email protected].

4. Acceptable Use

Do not resell, scrape, or abuse the service beyond your plan limits, and do not use it to infringe others' rights. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Elite Agentic Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
